How we fight
Four interconnected pillars. One integrated strategy. Built to find, expose, rescue, and restore — at scale, with precision, without compromise.
Intelligence & Technology
We use cutting-edge digital tools and partner with organizations like IWF to identify websites, networks, and online operations that exploit the vulnerable. We report, we flag, we shut them down.
Technology is the great equalizer in this fight. The same networks that exploit the vulnerable leave digital footprints — and we have built the capability to follow them. From open-source intelligence to advanced pattern recognition, we deploy every tool available to map and expose these operations.
Our technology partnerships with organizations like Thorn mean we are always at the frontier of what is possible. When new platforms emerge, when new tactics are deployed, we adapt. The bad actors are not standing still — and neither are we.
Community Intelligence
Anyone can be part of this. A neighbor, a colleague, a concerned citizen. We are building an incentive-based tip network where ordinary people become extraordinary protectors.
The most powerful intelligence network in the world is an informed, engaged community. People see things. They notice when something is wrong. They know their neighborhoods, their online spaces, their communities in ways that no technology can replicate.
We are building the infrastructure to capture that intelligence — securely, safely, and with appropriate protections for those who come forward. Every tip matters. Every observation could be the piece of information that breaks a case open. We are building a world where looking away is no longer the default.
Partner Operations
We don't duplicate what already works. We fund and amplify the world's best rescue, recovery, and legal operations — getting resources to the people on the ground who need them.
Operation Underground Railroad conducts undercover operations that free victims of child sex trafficking. Polaris Project disrupts the systems that allow trafficking to flourish. NCMEC finds missing children. These organizations are extraordinary — what they need is more resources, more visibility, and more coordinated support.
E•M•A•N•C•I•P•A•T•I•O•N serves as the funding and coordination layer that connects donors, technology, and intelligence with the operators who know how to use them. We measure our success by their outcomes.
Rehabilitation & Recovery
Rescue is only the beginning. We support long-term recovery programs for survivors — children, women, and animals — so that freedom becomes a permanent reality, not just a moment.
The trauma of exploitation does not end at the moment of rescue. Survivors need sustained, expert support — psychological, medical, legal, and social. They need safe housing, education, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives on their own terms.
We fund and partner with the recovery programs that have demonstrated real, lasting outcomes. We measure success not in rescue numbers but in lives rebuilt — in the child who goes back to school, the woman who regains her independence, the animal who lives free from fear. That is what emancipation actually means.
